Founder's Message
During the course of my training in professional beauty & make-up, and while working with the best in the industry, the plight of the underprivileged touched my heart. Girls and women coming from this segment of the society were only hired for working as “helpers”. They were not even addressed as an “assistant”. That’s when I heard my calling – it was not to follow the clichéd path of setting up my studio or starting an academy as either would involve the underprivileged to pay a fee for the course.
That’s when I set out on my journey to educate and empower the underprivileged young female workforce in the country. Fortunately in my favour was Government of India’s Skill India initiative which gave an impetus to my vision and mission.

To empower women and children from underserved communities by providing them with education, training, and resources. By doing so, we aim to help them acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue meaningful employment opportunities and achieve economic stability.

The mission of our NGO is to empower individuals and communities across India to become self-sufficient. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to provide education, resources, and support to help people acquire the skills and knowledge they need to create sustainable livelihoods and achieve economic independence. We are committed to create a more equitable and prosperous society, one where every individual has the opportunity to realize their full potential.
