Rtn. VL Madan Mohan is a dedicated social leader, humanitarian, and an active member of the Rotary movement, known for his commitment towards inclusive community development and social empowerment. After serving the nation with distinction in the Ministry of Defence, he retired in the year 2020 and continued his journey of service by joining the Rotary Club of Delhi Madhyam in the same year.

With his visionary leadership and unwavering dedication towards humanitarian causes, he has served as the Past President of the club and has played a significant role in strengthening Rotary’s impact at the grassroots level.

Currently, Rtn. VL Madan Mohan is serving as the Zonal Chair – Body and Organ Donation for Rotary District 3011, actively promoting awareness and advocacy for organ and body donation initiatives to save and improve lives.

He is widely recognized for championing inclusivity and empowerment through innovative community initiatives. He founded India’s first transgender-focused Rotaract club, the Rotaract Club of Madhyam Rainbow, creating a platform for leadership, dignity, and social participation for the transgender community.
